Booking

When scheduling your appointment you will be required to give your full name and phone number. This is used only to confirm your appointments and in case of emergencies.

Scheduled Appointments

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to your appointment. Because I work individually, the time I have in between clients allows me to clean, sanitize and prepare for my next client. I also want to ensure my services are personable and give each client the best experience possible.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late for an appointment, please notify me and we can determine whether the appointment needs to be shortened or rescheduled. The majority of my clients are booked back to back and everyone’s time needs to be respected. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellations / No Shows

As a courtesy, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change an appointment. This allows me to try to fill the spot with another potential client. If proper notice is not given, or none at all, there will be a 50% fee applied to your next appointment, and a deposit may be required for any future bookings.

Colds / Flu / Sickness

I strongly encourage you to reschedule any appointments if you are under the weather, and I may have to do the same occasionally. I will do my very best to accommodate another appointment when you / I are well again. This prevents the sickness from spreading to myself or to other clients, which in turn could lead to more cancelled appointments on my behalf. Please be respectful and keep everyone’s health in mind! 

Skin Conditions

Please inform me of any skin conditions prior to your service, such as warts, fungus or open wounds, so that I can ensure the health and safety of myself and my clients. Thank you for understanding.

Sanitization

Cleanliness and sanitization are very important in this industry and often go overlooked. I take pride in ensuring that everything in my spa is clean and disinfected and up to standard from Ontario Public Health.

Below is a list of some of the precautions I take to ensure my clients safety:

  • Files, buffers and sanding discs are disposed of after each client – or if they wish, they can take them home
  • Gloves are worn during necessary services
  • Pedicure bowls and tools are cleaned with soap and water, and with a high grade disinfectant
  • All surfaces are wiped down between each client
